This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the Website, without prejudice to UNIENDO NODOS's right to modify its presentation, configuration, and content, as well as the conditions required to access and use it.
The contracting and use of the Klonup Service is further governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, which the User acknowledges and accepts when contracting or using the Service.

The Smartsheet trademark and any other trademarks mentioned on the Website are the property of their respective owners. Klonup is an independent product developed by UNIENDO NODOS and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Smartsheet Inc., beyond the use of its official API in accordance with that provider's terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. UNIENDO NODOS assumes no responsibility for the information, content, products, or services found on such sites, nor for any damage arising from access to or use of them.
5.2. Inbound links
Establishing a link to the Website does not imply any relationship between UNIENDO NODOS and the owner of the linking site, nor any acceptance or approval by UNIENDO NODOS of its content or services.

UNIENDO NODOS does not guarantee the permanent availability and continuity of the Website's operation. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, UNIENDO NODOS and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), unless applicable consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
